Step Resourcing, based in Kent, has been set up with the motive to provide experienced, reliable and skilled labour to the Construction Industry across the Southeast & London.

We hold over 20 years combined experience within Construction, and understand there is a need to supply good hard-working labour, that bridges the gap between Employees and the Self-employed . This gives business' the opportunity to manage their cash flow, and work with resources they need at the stages in their projects as and when required.

What makes us different you might ask ?!

There are only two of us! This allows us to build close knit relationships with our clients and enable a service where communication is key , preventing you from being passed person to person.

We regularly engage with our workers and clients on site, by the form of site visits to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Any candidate working with Step Resourcing will be supported thoroughly during assignments as well as any training needs to help them develop their skills.
