Samantha Gummer is Step Resourcing‘s Senior Recruitment Consultant who deals with both clients and candidates.

 

Her main focus is building relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure she understands the roles her clients need filling, are fully met and ensuring the candidates are placed in roles that suit their skills.

Sam has previous experience working in a local residential construction company and this experience gives her a 360 overview of what’s important to both Clients and Candidates.
