Samantha Gummer is Step Resourcing‘s Senior Recruitment Consultant who deals with both clients and candidates. Her main focus is building relationships with clients to ensure she understands the roles her clients need filling, are fully met.

Sam has previous experience working in a local residential construction company and this experience gives her a 360 overview of what’s important to both Clients and Candidates.

Step Resourcing has taken a proactive approach to a hot topic in Construction, which is the stigma of mental health among workers. We are trained mental health first aiders and have been working closely with Mates in Mind Charity to help raise awareness. This demonstrates our commitment to ensuring we consider and look after our candidate’s wellbeing.
