Step Resourcing is a Construction Recruitment Specialist. We find and supply temporary and contract labour across the construction industry for projects of all sizes, as well as permanent white-collar roles.

  • Discuss the role in detail with the candidates to ensure they fully understand the assignment    
     

  • Follow up with the candidate and site manager within the first couple of weeks of placement, on-site if permitted, to ensure that everything is as it should be and to address any problems
     

  • Offer one point of contact. We don’t use umbrella companies for wages,     keeping it all in-house for greater flexibility and no extra fees
     

  • We charge reasonable and affordable Temp to Perm placement fees for our candidates that you make permanent members of your team.

We supply temporary labour to the construction industry as well as permanent white collar placements.
