Step Resourcing are looking for a Multi Skilled Trader with good all round experience for their client based in Chatham. Project works across Kent and London.

Ongoing work direct with client.

The client is a general Builder business based in Chatham, Kent with projects in the surrounding areas covering Kent and London. All work is residential and commercial works, and varies from extensions, to full property renovations.

Your role will be working as a Multi Skilled Trader.

Responsibilities

• Various works as requested, across all tasks required

• Skills should cover 3 to 4 trade variations, covering Carpentry, Decorating, Plastering, General Building Skills

• Assisting in maintaining a safe working environment for all on projects

• Communicating effectively with workers and clients

• Own tools required

• Good work ethic

• Hard working

• Reliable

Qualifications and Experience

• Min. 3 years experience required

• CSCS Card

• Asbestos Awareness

• Manual Handling

• DBS Check will be required due to the nature of the clients

Self Employed Contract - Public Liability Insurance is required

UK Full Driving Licence required

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 7 am to 3 pm

Pay Rate: From £180 per day CIS, dependent on experience and skills
